Non-Refundable After Opening

Once a customer receives the product and opens the package or uses the product, the product will be considered accepted and non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

A return request may only be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, and the customer informs us immediately before using the product.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and unopened.
• The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included.
• Opened, used, damaged-by-customer, or missing-accessory products are not refundable.
• Change of mind is not accepted as a return reason.
